District 36 Election Results 2004

Hannah Pingree's Online Journal

Thank You!

Just a quick note to pass along my own election results, which were overwhelmingly positive. To so many of you— THANK YOU for your votes, your help, your advice, and your wonderful support of me in this race.

It was a wonderful campaign and it will be a pleasure to continue to represent this district, an area I have found to be filled with some of the greatest people, characters, communities, and beautiful places in our state.

There was a record-breaking turnout in the towns throughout my district, showing how much people care about the future of our state and country.

Now that the election is over, on all fronts, it is clear that we have lots of work left to do— on the islands, in Maine, and nationally. I look forward to continuing this effort with all of you.

Please stay in touch. Again, thank you all so much.
